Refunds and Returns Policy
Here at Restorative Aromas, we ensure that our customers are satisfied with their products purchased. However, all sales are final. We look at returns on a case by case basis. If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact us. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
Returns: In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging. We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit. This is usually because of dissatisfaction of scent after ordering. In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay return shipping charges.
Refunds: We will notify you once your return is received and after inspection. We will then notify you if your request has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds: Please contact your original payment method company first, as it takes 1-2 weeks before your refund is posted. If the company is unable to assist you, please contact us.
Sale Items: All regular priced items may be refunded after inspection noted above. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges will only be made for damaged or defective items.
